Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the teams in each country are continuing to follow their own government guidelines. All mPower teams have adapted their working practices and the project is continuing to support beneficiaries through telephone and digital support. We encourage all who need support to get in touch. As a project we support those who are most vulnerable to the virus, and therefore want to do all we can to help at this difficult time. Stay safe, stay home and stay healthy and with our support we hope you will stay connected.

Supporting you

We can support you no matter what your long-term condition might be. We often work with people living with conditions such as diabetes, COPD and dementia, just to name a few.

We support you by helping you to connect to activities in the community that interest you. Learn more.

We can also introduce you to simple digital health and wellbeing tools and we support you to learn how to use them. For example, you could do a video call to attend a health appointment to save you travelling or we could set you up with a text based health monitoring service which could help you to take your medication or to provide health readings to your healthcare provider. Get involved!

It’s easy to get involved.

Just ask your health professional to refer you to us, we’ll then contact you to get things started.

You could ask your GP, Health Visitor, Physio or anyone who you see regularly for health appointments.

You can also self-refer or ask a friend or family member to help you with this. Just get in touch with us, all our details are in the contact section.
